You can view your bill online as well as your current amount due. Please opt out of receiving paper bills to help reduce costs. You don’t have to pay online to view your bill online.

Pay Online with PSN*
Pay online. The first time you will register; after that, payments are 3 easy steps.
We use Payment Service Network to process our payments. PSN has been certified as maintaining the highest level of security as required by the credit card industry.

Pay by Phone with your debit or credit card.
You may also call the City Office at 785-671-3611 to pay your utility bill via debit/credit card over the phone. (A small service fee will be applied.)
PAY UTILITY BILL-KanPay
You can pay your Utility Bill online. Under TRANSACTIONS, you have to use the drop-down menu to indicate that you are paying your Utility Bill. Click on Utility Bill and fill in your name, address and account number. Any questions, call 785-671-3611.
Fees: When paying online through Kan Pay, you will be charged a convenience fee for using your credit or debit card.
ACH-Bank Draft
The City can also do an ACH-Bank Draft from your bank. This is done between the 2nd & 6th of each month. There is an ACH form that will need filled out with a voided check or deposit slip attached to it for this to be set up. (This form can be found under Utilities- Forms.) If your banking information changes, or you decide you don't want to use ACH anymore, we will need to do a Revoke form for our records. There is no fee for this service.
