Emergency Snow Routes....
The City of Oakley has opted to implement Emergency Snow Routes starting today (1-23-26) beginning at 5:00 pm. We wanted to get this information out to you so everyone has plenty of time to make arrangements for their vehicles.
If you live on an emergency snow route (blue lines), please do not park on the streets until after the snow has ceased and the plows can do what they need to do.
If you live on a secondary route (red) please also have your vehicles removed from the street if you can, as these are first priority after the Emergency snow routes.
One-way streets are very narrow. If you live on a one-way street and are able to get your vehicles off the street the plows will be able to clear those streets much more efficiently.
