The City of Oakley is accepting applications for an Accounts Payable Clerk.  This position is Part-time, with the possibility of becoming Full-time and will average 20-30 hours per week.  The applicant must possess a valid Kansas driver’s license and a High School Diploma/GED.   Successful applicant will be required to process invoices, data entry, issue purchase orders, issue checks and prepare supporting reports and documentation, and other tasks as assigned. Candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, bookkeeping and public relations skills.  Applicants are subject to pre-employment drug screening.  Compensation is dependent upon qualifications and includes excellent benefits, including retirement plans and medical/dental/vision coverage.  Position is open until filled.  City of Oakley is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  An application can be found at cityofoakleyks.org or may be picked up at City Hall, 415 W. 2nd Street, Oakley, KS.  Please submit application or refer questions to:
